As the founder of Hope Health Club, I would like to state that one of our priorities in health system now is the treatment of liver diseases especially fatty liver and viral hepatitis. The burden of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections in the world especially in low income countries mandates us to work more in this issue. Therefor,we have tried to make a link among scientists, educated and esteemed people in art and humanity across the world. In this direction, we would like to facilitate scientific communication among researchers who are working in the field of hepatitis and other liver diseases and provide opportunity for people to access to information in this topic free of charge. To approach this prominent goal, Hope Health Club was founded.
Hope Health Club is a non-governmental organization (NGO) which seeks a healthy lifestyle for people all over the world. The main goal of this foundation is to promote liver health and reduce the burden of liver diseases by providing support for research and education into the causes, diagnoses, prevention and treatment of liver diseases. This foundation was founded by Prof. Seyed-Moayed Alavian, Professor of Gastroenterology and liver disease and editor-in-chief of the hepatitis monthly journal, the only specialized journal pertaining to liver disease in the Middle East and central Asia in 2015. According to Prof Alavian’s state,we belong to the world and we should do our responsibilities now! Thus,this foundation tries to supply comprehensive educational materials covering the signs, symptoms and treatment of many of the prevalent forms of the liver disease as well as variety of helpful tips on precautions or healthy choices that can help people to preserve from liver diseases. The information provided here is profitable for those living with or at the risk of liver diseases and the health care professionals who care for them.

Hope Health Club is also committed to eradicating hepatitis C in order to raise awareness among the various classes of the population about liver diseases, and to prevent the physical, social and financial damage inflicted upon individuals and families to create a “Campaign Health Partners, because it is believed that in addition to the effective role of popular social figures in promoting a culture of health, the effective presence of some people in the healthy lifestyle is undeniable. Therefore, by increasing participation and respect for collective wisdom and a facilitating approach, we can have a significant impact on improving the quality of life of the social strata. Considering the use of capacity of organs, charities and public associations in the field of health has led to the establishment of public conferences with the name of hope. It is worth noting that so far, various conferences have been held with the participation of various national organizations and with the unrivaled presence and popularity of people in cities such as Tehran, Kish and Shahrekord, and so on.

Various competitions with a healthy lifestyle approach such as healthy eating, photography with the hepatitis eradication approach, reading books aimed at increasing awareness of hepatocytes, hepatitis and hemorrhage with the aim of familiarizing the community with hepatitis and prohibition. The isolation of patients has also encouraged other artistic and cultural activities of the health club.

As a result, our aims can be summarized as follows:
1) Promoting liver health
2) Raising public awareness and understanding of liver diseases
3) Advocating improved standards for prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of liver diseases
